MIELE WSB 363 WCS washing machine (12712020)

The Miele WSB 363 WCS washing machine offers high-quality and fast laundry care thanks to the PowerWash system. With the QuickPowerWash program, you can achieve an A-class wash result in just 49 minutes at temperatures up to 60 °C. The patented honeycomb drum protects textiles during washing, and the 8 kg capacity is perfectly suited to the needs of even larger households. The appliance consumes 20% less energy than the A-class limit and spins effectively at 1400 rpm, which shortens drying time.

DirectSensor touch buttons and a Finnish control panel make operation effortless. Additionally, Miele@Home and MobileControl bring intelligent remote management to your daily life. Textile-specific wash programs and steam finishing, which significantly reduces the need for ironing, are also available. CapDosing capsule dispensing allows for the use of Miele Caps detergents, which simplify the washing of specialty textiles. Load recognition optimizes the water and electricity consumption of wash programs, and the ProfiEco motor ensures quiet and long-lasting operation. The machine is tested to withstand up to 20 years of household use.

PowerWash – efficient and water-saving washing

The PowerWash system guarantees exceptionally energy-efficient and water-saving washing, even with small loads. Thanks to the recirculating water pump and the Spin&Spray rhythm, textiles are thoroughly wetted, improving washing performance by up to 10% compared to traditional machines.

QuickPowerWash – A-class results in 49 minutes

When laundry needs to be cleaned quickly, QuickPowerWash offers an A-class wash result in just 49 minutes at temperatures up to 60 degrees. The program utilizes PowerWash technology and is ideally suited for a busy daily routine.

Patented honeycomb drum – gentle laundry care

The patented Miele honeycomb drum washes laundry gently. The laundry glides softly during washing on a film of water formed between the honeycomb structure and the fabric. Small holes protect clothes from pilling and prevent small objects from reaching the drain pump, which reduces the need for maintenance.

Warm smoothing – less ironing

In the washing machine's Warm Smoothing steam finish, a small amount of water is steamed and the honeycomb drum is heated at the end of the wash program. The warm drum and steam act like a light steam iron, significantly reducing the need for ironing.

DirectSensor control

DirectSensor touch buttons and a rotary program selector speed up operation. The clear Finnish panel helps you select the correct programs and additional functions easily.

Optimized wash programs according to textiles

All wash programs and spin speeds are designed based on textile types to ensure the best possible wash result.

CapDosing – precise dosing for specialty textiles

Specialty textiles require special attention. Thanks to the CapDosing feature, Miele Caps detergent capsules can be used in the machine, which solve many garment care challenges, such as the washing and care of wool, silk, or outdoor clothing.

HygieneInfo reminds you when the machine needs cleaning

If you constantly wash at low temperatures or use liquid detergent, microbial growth can begin to form in the machine, and it may start to smell bad. HygieneInfo reminds you when the machine needs cleaning, ensuring that the wash result and the freshness of the machine are maintained.

Miele@Home – intelligent management

A machine connected to the Miele@Home system offers MobileControl, which allows you to start a program, check the remaining wash time, and receive notifications—for example, about a completed program or errors—directly to your smart device.

Timer function and fast wash programs

The 24-hour timer allows you to schedule washing according to your own rhythm. The Short function speeds up programs, and Pika20 quickly refreshes lightly soiled clothes in an instant.

AddLoad – adding laundry during the program

Laundry can be added even after the machine has started at certain stages of the program. For example, you can add a hand-washed garment to the machine just for a final spin.

Brushless ProfiEco motor and load recognition

The machine features a brushless ProfiEco motor, which is quiet and durable. Load recognition identifies the amount of laundry and adjusts water and energy consumption exactly as needed. The durable motor ensures years of worry-free use. By registering your purchase on Miele's website, you will receive a 25-year motor warranty for your appliance.

Tested to withstand 20 years of household use

Miele tests its washing machines for 10,000 operating hours to ensure their quality meets the requirements of 20 years of household use.
