The AEG TA5PB534PB 5000 SurroundCook® SteamBake is a multifunction oven that uses steam for more even and controlled cooking. Thanks to the SteamBake function, foods get a golden brown and crispy surface while the inside remains tender and moist. The SurroundCook® convection technology ensures that food cooks evenly without the need to move the baking tray.

The SteamBake function combines steam and heat during the initial phase of baking. This especially helps baked goods rise better and form a crispy crust while the inside stays fluffy and moist.

SurroundCook® – even cooking on all levels

The SurroundCook® convection heating element circulates heat efficiently inside the oven cavity. As a result, food cooks evenly on all levels without the need to turn or move the tray during baking.
