The Miele KM 8462 FL is a 60 cm wide induction cooktop that belongs to Miele's 8000 series. It combines modern, frameless design with versatile features that make cooking smooth and precise. Four cooking zones, including a flexible PowerFlex zone, provide space for various pots and cooking needs. The precise SingleSlide slider makes power control easy, and smart features support simple and safe use.

PowerFlex zone for flexible cooking

The PowerFlex zone combines cooking zones into a larger surface, allowing the use of bigger pots and multiple dishes simultaneously. This adds more freedom and efficiency to everyday cooking.

Precise and easy control

The SingleSlide slider is positioned in the center, enabling quick and precise power adjustment with one movement. The control is logical and supports uninterrupted cooking.

Power for rapid heating

The Booster function temporarily increases the power of the cooking zone to the maximum, speeding up tasks like boiling water and heating pans. This saves time in meal preparation.

Smart detection and connectivity functions

The cooktop automatically detects the size of the cookware and directs heat exactly to the right area. Additionally, Miele@home compatibility and the Con@ctivity function allow automatic control of the range hood based on cooktop use.

Versatile operating functions and safety

Stop&Go, timer, automatic boiling, keep warm, and Recall functions make cooking easier in various situations. Safety features such as safety shut-off, overheating protection, lock, and residual heat indicator enhance operational safety.

Easy to clean and maintain

The smooth glass ceramic surface is easy to keep clean. The wipe protection prevents settings from changing during cleaning, so the cooktop stays tidy with minimal effort.
