With the Gram EK4510-91 floor stove, you get a very high-quality 50 cm stove featuring a ceramic surface and a genuine convection oven. With genuine circulating air, you can cook several dishes at the same time and reduce power consumption by using lower cooking temperatures. The oven is very spacious, with a 65-liter capacity, and features a triple-glazed door that guarantees a low surface temperature. In the drawer under the stove, you can conveniently store items such as tins.

Genuine air circulation guarantees perfect heat distribution, allowing you to cook several dishes at the same time. In connection with the circulating air fan, there is a ring resistor that heats the circulating air, ensuring the hot air is distributed evenly and efficiently throughout the oven. You can bake pastries on several levels and achieve a perfect end result. When using circulating air, you can also reduce the baking temperature, thereby improving energy efficiency. You also do not need to preheat the oven, which shortens the heating time and improves energy efficiency. The need for cleaning is also reduced as dirt that may have spilled onto the bottom or ceiling of the oven will not stick to it. You can also use the circulating air function to cool food or the oven if the temperature is set to the zero position!

Good equipment
Stable telescopic rails guarantee comfort and safety during food preparation. The tray stays on the movable rails when you pull it out to check the cooking result, transfer greasy products, or portion food onto a plate. The stove comes with two standard shallow baking trays and one special deep baking pan. In addition, a rack is included, on which you can conveniently place different baking dishes.

Defrost/dry function
If you have forgotten to take frozen food out of the freezer, you should use the defrost function of the oven. This function is gentler than defrosting in, for example, a microwave oven. You can also conveniently use the same function for drying apples or mushrooms, for example. The low temperature dries the food, and when you leave the door slightly ajar, the moisture can evaporate from the oven.

Pizza/Pie function
In this position, the oven's circulation fan, heating element, and bottom heating are all active. With this function, you bake pizzas and pies where it is important to achieve a crispy base and a juicy, yet ripe surface.

ECO heating
With this heating function, you save energy when preparing food. The temperature of the oven is limited, and we recommend that you preheat the oven before putting the items to be cooked inside. The temperature setting of the oven should not be changed during baking, and you should not open the door in the middle of cooking. Please note that in this function, the oven's interior light also turns off.

Easy cleaning
Cleaning the Gram stove oven is a trivial matter for you. The oven door is completely glass on the inside. It guarantees an elegant appearance and easy cleaning. You can remove the oven door glass panels one by one without tools, making it easy for you to clean the glass. You can also easily remove the oven grate brackets, which makes cleaning the inside of the oven easier.

The hob is equipped with four efficient cooking zones, the power of which can be adjusted using the convenient dials. Two of the areas are expandable, which means you always have the right size cooking area to choose for your dish. This way, you improve energy efficiency again, as the area to be heated is neither too large nor too small.
