This carbon filter pack is designed for installation on both sides of the motor, in the air intake. These filters should be replaced 3-4 times a year depending on usage. The filter fits various models. Each range hood requires two recirculation filters. The product has a diameter of 134 mm and is made of plastic and activated carbon.

What is an activated carbon filter?

An activated carbon filter, also known as a recirculation filter, removes odors and particles from cooking fumes. It contains activated carbon that absorbs and neutralizes smells and impurities before the air is recirculated back into the kitchen. This makes it suitable for situations where air cannot be vented outside. Regular replacement ensures the filter maintains its air-purifying performance.

Installation and Maintenance

The filters are installed on the sides of the motor behind the metal filter in the air intake. They are not washable and should be replaced every 3 to 6 months depending on use. Using two filters per range hood ensures effective air filtration.

Compatibility

This filter pack fits multiple range hood models, making it a practical choice for maintaining clean kitchen air when external ventilation is not an option.
