Gaming keyboards

A regular keyboard can hold a gamer back: the signal from a keypress arrives with a slight delay, and several keys pressed together don't always register correctly. Gaming keyboards fix this with faster switches and support for multiple simultaneous keypresses. The category includes mechanical keyboards with different switch types, linear for speed, tactile or clicky for typing feedback, as well as cheaper membrane models. When choosing, decide on the format: full-size is easier for working with numbers, while a compact layout leaves more desk room for wide mouse movements, and check the backlighting and case material too.
