Hobs

Hobs are installed separately from the oven, built into the worktop, which gives more freedom when planning a kitchen layout. The range includes gas, electric and induction models in different widths, from compact two-zone versions to full-size hobs with four or more cooking zones. Induction hobs heat up and cool down faster than other types, but they require cookware with a ferromagnetic base to work. When choosing, it's worth considering the number of zones, their power output and compatibility with the cookware already in the kitchen.
