Our gas grill is designed with two individually adjustable burners that cover the entire grilling area. The possibility to adjust the heat with two controls allows for indirect grilling. This technique is ideal for cooking larger pieces of meat, fish or even vegetables that require gentler cooking and longer cooking times. By moving food away from direct heat and placing it in the indirect heating zone, you can achieve even, perfect results.
