The frying pan DURAMAX by Carl Schmidt Sohn is made of Stainless Steel - a material that makes it highly resistant to high temperatures. Stainless steel pans heat up very quickly and can maintain the temperature for a longer time compared to aluminum pans.The non-stick honeycomb ceramic inner surface makes these pans particularly convenient to use and clean.
To maintain the non-stick coating, it is recommended to let the dishes cool down before cleaning and to avoid using wire cleaners.
A soft synthetic sponge is suitable for cleaning.
