Alfa Forni pizza oven One, gas (FXONE-GRAM)

The ONE gas stove is an excellent option if you want a portable stove and cannot burn wood due to legal restrictions or neighbors who are against it. The gas oven is also very easy and simple to use: press the button to turn on the gas and soon the oven is ready to bake pizza. The Alfa Forni pizza oven is much more than just a pizza oven; it works like a traditional baking oven and you can also prepare delicious meat dishes with it, or make pies and breads.

Characteristics

• ONE heats up to 500°C in only 10 minutes and the stone reaches a temperature of 400°C in approx. 35 minutes. With the Alfa One oven, you can bake pizza just like in a real Neapolitan pizza oven.
• Oven baking area: 70×50 cm.
• There is a peep hole in the door, from which you can observe the preparation of the food, even if the door is closed.
• The frying chamber is made entirely of reinforced stainless steel.
• The two-layer ceramic fiber insulation used in the oven binds heat and prevents the outer frame from overheating.
• The four fire bricks on the bottom are almost 3 cm thick, which bind and release heat, guaranteeing the best possible cooking.
• With the pizza shovel you can easily slide the pizza in and out of the oven, it is an excellent tool for baking pizzas, breads and calzones.
• Alfa's patented air guide allows the heat to gradually flow out of the flue and makes for excellent cooking results.
• The mouth opening of the ONE oven is designed to maximize the temperature of the baking chamber and the heat is distributed more evenly around the pizza
