Farming Simulator 22 is the latest and most versatile release of the highly popular game series.

With it, the game series has gained new features and ways to take care of the virtual farm and practice forestry and raise animals. The game has also always expanded with new brands, vehicles and equipment, among other things with many free updates. The newest manufacturer is the legendary Swedish company Volvo Group, which brings its own work machines and trucks to the game.

The most versatile farming simulation ever includes grapes, olives and sorghum as new crops. These require special attention and for these you can also buy your own work machines. Farming Simulator 22 is a completely renewed game experience also with game maps. The game includes two new game areas as well as a redesigned mountain area of Erlengrat. Inspired by the American Midwest, Elmcreek is full of open fields and clearings where the player can establish his own farm. Virtual farmers can plan and assign a variety of different sized fields to their area in true Midwestern style.

The Platinum Edition expands the game even further by bringing in more device manufacturers. These include Volvo Group, IMPEX, John Deere, Koller, Komatsu, Pfanzelt and Schwarzmüller. In total, the additional part includes no less than 40 different vehicles and machines that enrich forest management and farm maintenance. Among other things, the oven-fresh Volvo L200H High Lift wheel loader is included. In addition to these, new items include the John Deere 843L-II and John Deere FD55 tipping machines.

The new game map of the add-on includes Silverrun Forest, inspired by the northwestern part of North America, which brings a different game experience in its forested area. There will be new types of forestry tasks, more types of trees to plant and even the possibility to build boats in the harbor area. With the strong wood industry, the city offers new types of development sites for the player. With the additions to the Platinum Edition, the game's selection of vehicles and machines increases to more than 500 different devices from more than a hundred different manufacturers. This makes the Farming Simulator 22 gaming experience extremely versatile, whether it's farming, livestock and other animals, or forestry.
