The Lenovo Legion Y32p-30 is a gaming monitor aimed at 4K gaming with a fast 144 Hertz image refresh rate. Only 0.2 millisecond delay (MPRT) and 144 Hertz frame refresh rate with AMD FreeSync Premium and VESA Adaptive Sync features provide a pleasant and smooth gaming experience. The high-quality IPS panel offers a rich color scheme, also supporting the DCI-P3 color space with up to 90 percent coverage, and also supports DisplayHDR 400 support for HDR images. The Low Blue Light technology built into your hardware base filters the wavelength of blue light that is harmful to the eyes, making even long gaming sessions less straining on the eyes.
