Rice protein is already an excellent, well-absorbed vegetable protein and has an almost perfect amino acid profile. However, one amino acid in rice protein remains low and it is lysine. Lysine, on the other hand, is found especially in legumes, such as peas. By combining these two good sources of protein, the amino acid composition is perfect.
