Thermal weed control without the use of chemicals – weeds can be removed easily and comfortably by Thermoflamm bio Comfort PLUS. The flexible use of the device is very helpful as areas that are difficult to access can be reached, such as staircases or corners of terraces.

Thermoflamm bio Comfort PLUS removes weed effectively and over the long term with a flame temperature of up to 1,000° C. The device is slowly guided over the weed in a distance of approx. 3 cm; the heat escaping deeply expands into the roots and causes the fluid in the plant cells to coagulate. The cell walls explode due to the expansion of the fluid. This effect does not only last for a short time but achieves permanent absence of weeds.

The device is equipped with an automatic ignition mechanism (Piezo ignition) at the handle and can therefore be handled easily and safely – the maximum safety distance to the flame is guaranteed. Moreover, the device is equipped with a comfortable handle with soft grip. Due to its comfortable length of 97 cm the weed burner can be used while standing without having to bend down.

With a weight of 2.3 kg Thermoflamm bio Comfort PLUS can easily be operated. After use turn off the gas supply at the handle, screw off the re-closable gas cartridge and store it until you use it again.

Thermoflamm bio Comfort PLUS also excellently works for igniting charcoal and chimney wood.
