BLAIR-CG: COLORS ON LEDS LIKE YOU’VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE

The STORM 80c’s new BLAIR-CG light engine delivers the best color rendering ever achieved in LED production, ensuring the widest color gamut and highest color accuracy. It can reach 90% of the Rec2020 color space, producing rich colors, such as precise yellow hues, that are impossible to achieve otherwise. A calibrated indigo emitter enhances fluorescent materials, making white light more closely resemble natural daylight and tungsten light. CRI 97+, SSI [P3200]): 88, SSI (CIE D5600): 84.

1 800-20 000 K CCT AND FULL +/- GREEN COLOR ADJUSTMENT

The STORM 80c boasts the best-in-class CCT range – it’s the smallest and most portable luminaire. Color flexibility also offers 100% +/- green color adjustment, the full ASC MITC adjustment range.

SMALL SIZE, UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES

The STORM 80c features a compact design and a detachable yoke, allowing you to position it wherever needed. The yoke’s mounting points are 3/8-inch threaded sockets, enabling the use of standard handle brackets and securing the luminaire where required. An additional handle with a battery holder is also available.

MINI PROLOCK BOWENS HOLDER

The STORM 80c features a mini ‘ProLock’ locking Bowens holder – a safer mounting structure for modifiers. Aputure offers modifiers with ‘Mini ProLock’ and an adapter for standard ‘Bowens’ holders.

BATTERY OPTIONS

The STORM 80c can be powered from AC, V-mount batteries, or a USB-C connection. Aputure manufactures an additional STORM 80c handheld grip with a V-mount battery plate and D-Tap cable. The STORM 80c also features a 100 W USB-C port for powering directly from inexpensive and lightweight power banks.

MULTIPLE CONTROL OPTIONS

The STORM 80c features professional connection options used in modern lighting: Sidus Mesh, CRMX, and DMX.

IP65 WEATHERPROOF RATING

IP65 dust and weather protection from head to toe means the STORM 80c can operate in extreme environments. Sealants on each connector and component allow the luminaire to be used outdoors in the rain.
