The Ancel S160 is a smoke generator designed to quickly and accurately detect problems such as crankcase air leaks, intake manifold gasket leaks, intercooler leaks, improperly closed valves, or fuel system leaks. The unit operates in Smoke and Air modes, providing a flow rate of less than 10 l/min and an operating pressure of 0.8 to 14.5 PSI. The built-in air pump eliminates the need for external compressors, reducing prep time. The product is suitable for leak testing in intake, cooling, EVAP, crankcase, fuel tank, exhaust, and other piping systems.

Built-in Air Pump
The Ancel S160 smoke generator features an integrated air pump, allowing it to operate without connecting an external compressed air source. The device is immediately ready for use when connected to a 12-volt battery. This solution improves diagnostics and increases the tool’s mobility in workshop and field conditions.

Quick Start of Work
Smoke is generated in less than 10 seconds from startup, which significantly speeds up the entire diagnostic process and allows you to locate the source of the leak faster. Simply refill 20 ml of test oil and start the device.

The device allows testing of many vehicle systems—from the intake and cooling system to EVAP, crankcase, and fuel system. It can be used on cars, motorcycles, quads, off-road vehicles, light trucks, snowmobiles, and boats.
