The original Hotel Z serves as your base, and the city thrives around you – street maps, plants, and futuristic new locations create a dynamic battle arena.

Choose Your Partner – Chikorita, Tepig, or Totodile

Choose one of the three legendary starter Pokémon: Chikorita, Tepig, or Totodile. With these partners, your team will embark on an adventure in the heart of the city.

Wild Zones – Real Pokémon Habitats

You can freely explore the Wild Zone areas within the city, where wild Pokémon live in their natural habitats. On the areas, you can sneak, battle, or capture Poké Balls – or your partner will assist you in battles.

Dynamical Real-time Battles

Pokémon and Trainers move and act in real-time during battles. The battles emphasize timing, environmental effects, and Pokémon's switch times – a completely new strategic experience.

Mega Evolution Returns – More Significant Than Ever

Certain Pokémon can achieve Mega Evolution through the Key Stone resonance. This temporary power boost and form change can decide the outcome of a battle.

Lumiose City – Beloved Pokémon Metropolis

Lumiose City is familiar from Pokémon X and Y games, where it served as the central hub of the Kalos region. It is one of the largest and most well-known cities in the entire Pokémon universe. Its architecture and atmosphere are strongly based on Paris, and players remember especially its iconic Prism Tower, bustling downtown, and diverse city districts.

The city served as a first impression for many players to a large Pokémon metropolis – a place where adventures truly began. Pokémon Legends: Z- returns to this classic location in a completely revamped form, combining the original city's nostalgia with modern game design. Lumiose City is no longer just a backdrop – it is actively changing, living, and breathing, reacting to the player's actions.
