The cable is made of TPE material, which makes it resistant to wear and UV radiation. The contact surfaces are silver-plated, which improves service life and electrical conductivity. The product is protected from dust, dirt and moisture during storage with separate protective plugs.
Note that the cable must not be repaired or extended. This may result in reduced performance or compromise operating safety.
