The BASIL City is compact, not too big, but still roomy enough with a capacity of 28 litres. The bag is also made of water-repellent polyester. TheBasil City double pannier is easily attached to your carrier with the Universal Bridge system. Thanks to the Universal Bridge system, you can choose how you want to attach the bag.
