Remove the rear wheel from your bike, connect your bike to your Wahoo KICKR CORE, download the app to your compatible iOS, Android, or PC device, and you’ll have a full-blooded exercise bike with a working gear and power measurement. You can adjust your device to a fixed resistance level, a dynamically changing power level, or use an application that changes the resistance level according to a pre-planned workout. The service life of your bike will be extended and you can maintain and improve your fitness even during the winter months. Driving feel almost like on the right road.

Wahoo KICKR CORE won the Garn Fondo magazine's 12/2019 trainer test. The test especially praises the feeling of driving and silence. The KICKR CORE was the only trainer in the test with no compatibility issues with any of the bikes.
