The aluminum bread pan is the uncrowned king of bread pans. This loaf pan has straight sides and a lid. With it, you can bake evenly sized square and soft bread. Without the lid, the bread rises to the traditional plump shape of toast. It is great for browning, withstands high temperatures and freezing and conducts heat excellently. Grease the pan before baking. In the pan, you can also prepare e.g. meatloaf or leftovers in the cold.
The only thing aluminum doesn't care about is acidic products like raw berries. So even when making ice cream, we recommend lining the pan with plastic wrap so that the acidity of the berries doesn't ruin the surface of the aluminum. Aluminum products must definitely be cleaned by hand, machine washing ruins aluminum. Even when washing by hand, we recommend rinsing immediately after washing, soaking in dishwashing detergent can already start to darken the aluminum surface.
