Perfect, double roller for exercise . Perfect for training the abdominal muscles, back muscles, arms and chest muscles . It also works well for rehabilitation and corrective exercises. Perfect for both the gym and home use. The handle has a metal base and non- slip rubber grips. The wheels have a tread , thanks to which they do not slip . Exercising with a roller is perfect for strengthening the overall condition. Very easy to use. If you are a beginner and you can't handle the roller well, you can move the handles and wheels a little to the sides, thanks to which the whole thing will be more stable and the exercise easier.
How it's working?
Exercises with a roller consist of moving the wheel on the ground forwards - as far as possible - and then returning to the starting position. You can exercise while standing, sitting, and kneeling on your knees. To protect the knees from corns, a special pad is included!
