The new creation from the creators of the hugely popular LEGO The Lord of the Rings game is LEGO The Hobbit, inspired by the first two films in the Hobbit trilogy: The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and the recently released film The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.

In the interactive LEGO The Hobbit game, players can play in the scenery of their favorite movies and follow the Hobbit Bilbo Rucksack, who is lured by the wizard Gandalf to help Thor's Oakenshield and his dwarf companions. Bilbo leaves the safety of Konnu behind and travels across Middle-earth to help the dwarves reclaim their lost kingdom of Erebor, located on the Lonely Mountain. On the way, he gets to know the Goblins, the dangerous Orcs and of course Klonkku and the ring he calls his treasure. Players use and combine the dwarves' unique abilities - often with crazy results - to solve a variety of missions that beat all the adventures experienced in previous LEGO video games.
