The Tacx Boost training resistance is an excellent tool for indoor cycling training. You do not need a separate power supply to use the training resistor, because with the device's powerful magnetic brake you increase or decrease the resistance directly. The resistance is adjusted with a lever placed on the handlebar. Installation is quick and easy with just a few clicks.
While the Boost is not a smart training resistor, it comes with a speed sensor that shows distance and speed as you train inside using your favorite app.
