The 3 different LEGO houses in this playset are fun building experiences for children. The models to be built include a two-story detached house with a garden terrace. It will be transformed into a 3-story canal house with a study in the attic and an art gallery and a cafe on the ground floor. On the other hand, you can go boating in Järvenranta villa. Each versatile model folds into 2 different positions for play. There are 3 minifigures (2 adults and 1 child) whose clothes and hair can be changed to become different characters.
