Safety that grows with the child

For years, parents have trusted CYBEX Pallas car seats to bring children a safe way to travel. As a result of years of development work, the new generation car seat Pallas G i-Size has arrived in this product series that has won many awards and recognitions. A car seat that grows with your child, providing comfort and protection for more than ten years. A safety seat whose development work is backed by strong experience in crash protection technology, without forgetting comfort. The tilt function can be activated by adjusting with one hand. Whatever the child's age, it is easy to adjust the tilt so that you can rest and sleep on the journey. The ventilation system allows cooling air to circulate through the car seat, preventing heat build-up and helping to provide a comfortable seat temperature even on hot days. ISOFIX and Top Tether ensure that the car seat can be installed easily and safely. ISOFIX helps to install the seat correctly, while Top Tether provides additional attachment points for added safety and stability. Both have indicators to confirm that the car seat is installed and ready for use.

The characteristic front protection cushion of the CYBEX Pallas model series reduces the risk of damage to the neck area in frontal collision situations. In a collision, the child leans forward into the crash protector, which works like an airbag and distributes the impact force over a wider area. This reduces strain on the neck and protects the child's head.

The removable front airbag and expandable seat enable continued use as a safety belt seat even after the child has started school.

The CYBEX Pallas G i-Size car seat is classified in the seat group 76–150 cm, and is suitable for use from 15 months to around 12 years.

Four advanced features

1. An advanced frontal cushion helps reduce the risk of neck injury in the event of a frontal collision, and in this respect the performance is better compared to harness-mounted systems.
2. A modular 2-in-1 structure that grows with the little one throughout childhood - from toddler to teenager. The child is protected with a front protection cushion until the child weighs 21 kilograms. After that, the front protective cushion is removed and the seat is fastened with the vehicle's seat belt, which provides reliable protection until a height of 150 cm is reached (around 12 years old).
3. The patented 3-position adjustable headrest prevents the child's head from leaning forward while sleeping. The child's head remains in the safety zone of the car seat, which provides optimal safety, especially in a side impact. Three recline settings help you find the perfect position to help your child relax and fall asleep.
4. The linear side impact protection System Plus offers better safety in a side impact. The LSP System Plus reduces the impact forces of a side collision by more than 20% compared to the same safety seat without the LSP system.

*The aim of the I-SIZE R129 standard is to improve the safety of children on car journeys and to reduce the incorrect installation of seats. In the R129 standard, crash tests are performed with a test dummy equipped with 32 sensors instead of the traditional 4 sensors, and side impact in particular has been included as part of the acceptable marking.
