Yale Dot is the perfect accessory for Yale Linus and Yale Doorman smart locks. You can open or lock your door effortlessly by tapping the Yale Dot with your phone. The Yale Dot conveniently connects your smartphone and the Yale Home app to a compatible Yale door lock via Near Field Communication (NFC). You can easily open and close your smart lock by touching your smartphone with the Yale Dot. Once the Yale Dot tag is paired with the lock, tapping the tag with your smartphone will open the Yale Home app and perform the lock opening or locking operation. The lock on the phone screen must be unlocked before touching the tag.

Yale Dot can only be paired with one lock at a time. Yale Dot access rights are managed and updated in the Guest List section of the Yale Home app. Please note that you cannot specifically block or allow access to the Yale Dot on a per-user basis; the Yale Dot is available to each user who has been assigned lock access using the Yale Home app.

The Dot tag increases the convenience of your home by locking and unlocking your smart lock with a single tap.

Place the Dot almost anywhere:
Place it in your home office for easy access while you work or in your hallway for easy access. Similarly, placing the Dot outside the front door allows trusted visitors to open the lock quickly and easily.

Up to five Dots:
The Dot adds flexibility to your smart lock. Up to five (5) tags can be combined on a single smart lock.

Please note, the Yale Doorman V2N requires an Access module to be Dot tag compatible. Dot is also compatible with Yale Smart Cabinet Lock and Yale Smart Opener products.
