Trec Melatonin contains melatonin, which promotes faster sleep. Ingredients: maltodextrin; capsule shell (glazing agent - hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose); anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin (0.2%).The product may contain milk, soya, gluten, fish and peanuts.Recommended daily allowance: 1 capsule.Daily dose contains:1 mg melatonin. Suggested use:Take 1 capsule daily with 200 ml of water, 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the daily dose. WARNING! Do not take if you drive a car or operate machinery. Do not take with alcohol or other medicines, including herbal medicines. Not for use by pregnant or breast-feeding women or children under 18 years of age.
