ELEGOO Mercury Plus 3.0 trükiste pesemise ja kuivatamise seadme
ELEGOO Mercury Plus 3.0 on praktiline 2-in-1 seadme, mis ühendab resinimoodelide pesemise ja kuivatamise funktsioonid. Tänu integreeritud disaynile saab pesemise konteinerist hoida otsets kuivatamise moduulis, mis säädl ruumi ja muudab tööpinna organiseerimise lihtsamaks. Kogu protsess on nüüd kiirem ja mugavam kui kunagi varem!
Lihtne juhtimine
Intuitiivne puutepanel digitaalse ekraaniga võimaldab alustada tööd hetkest. Selle abil saate näiteks kiiresti valida režiimi, seadistada aja ning alustada või lõpetada soovitud protsessi.
Suurem mahukapasiteet, rohkem võimalusi
Uus mudel pakub märkimiselt suuremat tööpinna kui eelmine põllu. IPA (isopropüülalkohol) konteineri mahukapasiteet on suurenenud 3,5 litrist kuni 7,5 litrini ja võimaldab pesada trükiseid, mille maksimaalsed mõõtmed on 214 × 135 × 180 mm (platvormiga) või 230 × 135 × 260 mm (platvormita). Lisaks on kuivatamise ala suurenenud umbes 460%, võimaldades töötada suuremate mudelite või mitme trükise samal ajal.
Paindlikud töörežiimid
Seadme abil saab mudeleid pesada kahel viisil – riputatud asendis (214 × 135 × 180 mm) või korrosioonikindlas korvis (230 × 135 × 260 mm). See võimaldab kohandada puhastusmeetodit trükiste mõõtmete ja kuju vastavalt, minimeerides õrna osade kahjustamise riski.
Kiire ja põhjalik puhastamine
POM (polüoksüülümeetüleen, polüasetaal) kuulalad tagavad turbiini sujuva pöörlemise, mis kiirendab vee sekkumist ja tõstab puhastuse tõhusust. Lisaks on toode varustatud erisõlmaga, nii et lekkumist ei pea muretsema.
Tõhus 360° kuivatamine
Pöörlev laud eksponeerib trükise kogu pinna ühtlaselt UV (ultraviolett) valgusele ja alumine peegeldav valgus täiendab seda efekti. Kasutatav Fresneli linss hajutab kiired ühtlaselt, tagades detailide parema kuivatamise. Toode pakub ka erisärat, mis blokeerib ultraviolettkiirgus kuni 99,9% tõhususega, pakkudes suuremat turvalisust.
