The Shelly 3EM-63W Gen3 is a three-phase WiFi energy meter that measures energy consumption and electrical network parameters from three separate phases. The energy meter provides precise measurement results and is suitable for loads with a current of up to 63 A. The device records data in real time and stores it both locally and in the cloud service, allowing you to easily monitor energy consumption over a long period.

Versatile Measurement Functions

The Shelly 3EM-63W measures power, current, voltage, apparent power, and power factor with one-minute accuracy. Measurement data updates in real time and is stored in the device’s memory for at least seven days. Additionally, the data is transferred to the Shelly Cloud service, where it can be stored for up to five years.

Easy Installation and Use

The device is designed to be installed directly above or below a residual current device or circuit breaker, saving space on a DIN rail. The Shelly 3EM-63W is easy to connect to a local 2.4 GHz WiFi network and can be controlled via the Shelly Smart Control app or integrated with various smart home and building automation systems such as Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Home Assistant.

Compatibility and Security

The device supports multiple communication protocols, including MQTT, HTTP, and WebSocket, with all connections secured by TLS. The Shelly 3EM-63W operates locally without cloud service but also offers the option to use cloud service for data storage and management. Bluetooth connectivity enables compatibility with other Shelly devices.
