Japanese company Satake Cutlery has been making knives since 1940, and is one of Japan's best-known knife brands.
The Satake bread knife is designed for cutting all types of bread. The thin and sharp edge is also excellent for cutting hard and crispy crusts, so that even thin slices retain their shape. The blade is 20 cm long and 2.7 cm wide and made of high quality stainless steel. The knife handle is made of durable polypropylene.
