GARDENA smart Gateway is necessary when using GARDENA smart system products controlled by an app. At the heart of the smart system, the GARDENA smart Gateway Router enables wireless and secure connection to GARDENA smart garden products via radio frequency. The connection to the home internet is established via wireless WLAN or the LAN cable supplied. The smart devices can be controlled from anywhere with the free and easy-to-use GARDENA smart App. Mowing the lawn and watering the garden has never been so easy.

GARDENA Gateway is a must-have when it comes to connecting smart devices to the internet. The unit can be placed anywhere in the house, preferably facing the garden. The location of the router is irrelevant. The 868 MHz radio frequency technology used is energy-efficient and ensures long range and stable wireless connection to garden smart devices, even in a large garden. The range is better than Bluetooth or WLAN.
