Reolink RLN12W WiFi 6 -NVR recorder. Ultra HD and AI camera compatible NVR recorder with Wi-Fi 6 wireless technology for up to 12 cameras. The recorder supports simultaneous recording from all cameras connected to the recorder. The settings of each camera can be configured individually.

The RN12W recorder comes with a 2TB SATA hard disk drive for recording, which can be replaced by the user up to a maximum of 2TB. 16TB, which can be used by the user at any time. The recorder is designed for easy deployment. The cameras can be connected to the local network either wirelessly via Wi-Fi or wired via a network cable. This means that the cameras do not have to be connected via a network cable directly to the recorder itself (the recorder has four LAN ports for the cameras). In addition, the recorder creates its own WPA3 encrypted Wi-Fi network (2.4/5 GHz) to which the cameras can be connected. The recorder's built-in search function will find all compatible wired and wireless cameras on the same network (battery-powered cameras are not supported).

Cameras connected to the recorder can be configured to record continuously or, if desired, cameras can record based on motion or AI recognition (people, pets, vehicles). The recorder can be controlled and operated directly from the TV/screen using the device's own system or alternatively from a PC using the Reolink Cilient app (macOS/Windows) and/or a web browser. A mobile app is also available for Android and iOS.

Note, the RLN12W also supports Reolink PoE cameras if a separate power supply, PoE switch or PoE injector is used. Reolink battery-powered cameras are not compatible.
