Gembird 3D PLA printing wire is versatile and easy to use. The filament is a combination of carbon fibre and PLA. PLA (polylactide) is a biodegradable thermoplastic polyester that works great in 3D printers. PLA printing filament has no unpleasant odour, a low melting point and requires no post-treatment. The carbon fibre coating makes the yarn stiffer and its surface looks metallic after polishing.
