**Usage Instructions:**
1. Remove the old insole from the shoe
2. Cut the HEAT3D to the desired size from the marked areas. Be careful not to cut the power cord and heating element under the arch.
3. Place the HEAT 3D insole in the shoe
4. Pull the power cord along the sole of the shoe
5. Connect the power cord to the Therm-ic C-PACK batteries – ready!
