The Bosch HomeProfessional MUM5 Scale 7 stand mixer features an integrated scale and a large 3.9 l stainless steel bowl, designed specifically for dough preparation. The scale saves you a lot of time and effort – it weighs the ingredients for you while you add them to the bowl, so you don't need to take a separate scale out. With this stand mixer, you can effortlessly prepare velvety soups, hearty bread and pizza doughs, and fluffy desserts!

The appliance has 7 different speeds and a Pulse function for particularly demanding mixtures. Thanks to the 3D PlanetaryMixing function, the device kneads in three directions simultaneously. The mixer comes with a whisk with silicone edges, a stainless steel balloon whisk with height adjustment, and a dough hook. Switching between whisks and the dough hook is easy thanks to the EasyArm Lift lift button, and most accessories are dishwasher safe. Rubber feet keep the appliance in place, and additional safety features include an overheat protection and start-up safeguard.
