Track Your Health and Workouts

The watch features an optical heart rate sensor, barometric altimeter, accelerometer, gyroscope, and 3D compass. It also supports body temperature measurement with a compatible accessory, as well as pulse oximetry and electrocardiogram. During workouts, you can track resting heart rate, underwater heart rate, and utilize a virtual pacer or running fitness test.

Audio Memories and Adventure Journal

The Nomad allows you to record audio notes directly to the watch, which are linked to the route in the COROS app. The Adventure Journal compiles photos, videos, audio recordings, and locations into a single place, enabling you to revisit important moments and easily share experiences with others.

Battery and Connectivity

The watch’s battery lasts up to 50 hours with full GPS tracking and 22 days in daily use. Charging time is less than 2 hours. Bluetooth connectivity synchronizes data with your phone, and Wi-Fi enables seamless firmware updates.

You can play offline music with paired Bluetooth headphones. The Nomad supports several popular apps, including Nike Run Club, Komoot, Strava, and Apple Health, simplifying workout and activity management.
