### Versatile Carrying Options

The Alta Hip Seat functions as both a standalone hip seat and a carrier. Without the back panel, you can carry your child on your hip or facing you or away from you. When you add the back panel, carrying on the back is also possible, offering a hands-free carrying option. This allows you to easily choose the carrying method that best suits the situation, based on your child’s age and needs.

The wide, padded waist belt supports your back and helps distribute your child’s weight evenly. The foam cushion base provides a supportive and comfortable seating area for your child, reducing strain on your arms. Breathable mesh fabric keeps both you and your child cool even on warmer days.

### Practical Additional Features

The hood can protect your child from the sun or provide privacy, for example, during breastfeeding. Reflective details increase visibility in low light. The carrier is machine washable, provided that the foam seat insert is removed and all Velcro and buckles are closed before washing.
