Product description
Versatile kitchen assistant mixes, purees, grates, slices, chops, froths and platforms
The OBH Nordica Double Force Pro Manual is a powerful food processor with a blender and several standard accessories that make cooking much easier. You save yourself from all the cutting, chopping and grating - the food processor does this work for you and much more.
T blender
With the blender, you make healthy vegetable and fruit drinks, fresh smoothies, delicious milkshakes and tasty drinks. It also instantly mixes, for example, baby food, puree soups, pesto and sauces. The spacious two-liter jug with a usable volume of 1.5 L can hold even larger amounts of ingredients at once, which mix easily.
Food processor
- Two reversible slicing and grating plates, fine or coarse : slicing and grating e.g. vegetables, cucumbers and carrots. The plates are made of stainless steel.
- Whisking plate : whips cream, eggs, egg white and butter at the turn of the hand.
- Plastic blade : base e.g. cake and yeast dough.
- Powelix chopping blade: perfect e.g. for chopping and chopping onions, herbs, spices and meat. The chopping blade is made of stainless steel and has a titanium coating, which makes the blade very durable. The Powelix Life technology used in the manufacture of the blade, in turn, makes it faster, which is based on the hardness and sharpness of the blades, their helical rotation and the optimal cutting angle. The Powerlix blade also guarantees a uniform grinding result.
- Power cutter: The power cutter is especially suitable for chopping small amounts and dry ingredients such as herbs, dried spices, onions, garlic, cheese, nuts and chocolate.
Speed or torque depending on the application
The OBH Nordica Double Force Pro Manual differs from other multifunction machines in that its motor section has two different transmission outputs, ie the places where the standard equipment is attached. This feature significantly increases both rotational power and speed. Its practical benefit is emphasized when you use the appliance to handle different foods, in which case you also need different movement and strength for the standard equipment. For example, in the manufacture of smoothies, the blender of the blender must rotate at high speed so that the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and a velvety result is obtained quickly. Therefore, when using a blender, you need more speed from the engine, but less power. The bowl of the multifunction machine, in turn, is attached in the motor part to the place where, instead of speed, the torque required for the initialization of the yeast dough, for example, is achieved, whereby a good toughness is obtained. Both motor outputs are marked in different colors. Correspondingly, each standard piece of equipment has the color marking in which place it is attached in the engine section - easy!
Parts storage space
The food processor has a practical storage space where it is good to store both plates and blades safely. There they also stay in good order and safe.

Take advantage of the food processor to reduce food waste
You can reduce your own food waste by being creative and trying something new. Are there any faded vegetables in your fridge? You can safely use them in cooking and baking. Take advantage of surface-hardened individuals and conjure up easy and tasty everyday food, like even feta-vegetable steaks. You can grate almost any vegetable on the grater plate of the food processor, e.g. potatoes, carrots, parsnips, lute - anything you can find on the bottom of the vegetable tray. All grated just mixed in and vegetable steak batter. Even slightly greyed carrots can first be grated on the grater plate of the food processor and then the grater can be used in a carrot box or bread dough, which you can also easily base with the same device. Lost berries or fruit and yoghurt left in the fridge that threatens to spoil can be conveniently made into a fresh sorbet in a food processor.
Make a smoothie or smoothie, for example, from a darkened banana with a blender. The more ripe the banana , the tastier the drink becomes. Frozen berries, fitting the theme of food waste even from the previous year, fit perfectly with a banana. Other overripe and darkened fruits such as avocados, nectarines and pears may also be found in the fruit basket. They do not need to be thrown directly into bio-waste, as they provide smooth, fresh and soft-tasting smoothies. So you don’t have to fill your compost with darkened individuals in the fruit basket, as you can utilize them with a blender.
Do you find yourself throwing fresh herbs repeatedly into biowaste? Fresh herbs are a great way to season food, but their downside is that they wither relatively quickly. Scented herbs should not be thrown away, but utilized in cooking. Herbs, oil and spices quickly form a sauce in the blender, which can be used to season foods or marinate various meats and vegetables.
You can also grate the wilted salads, vegetables and roots into green smoothie or puree soup. Very often only the best pieces of ingredients end up in cooking, but in a blender you can make full use of vegetables, such as shells and end and edge pieces. Fruit peels, for example, are high in vitamins and antioxidants that make sense to use in cooking.
Dried bread also recovers for recovery in the blender. Make crumb flour or a filling snack from it by adding dried bread to the smoothies.
