Product description
Japanese knife Santoku is designed primarily for Asian cuisine. In Japanese, Santoku means three uses - to help you slicing, dicing and chopping meat, vegetables and fish.Welded damascus steel with 70 different layers. Damascus steel, from Takefu steelworks, is an extremely durable material, made by layering at least two types of steel or other metals with special technology, which gives you both – robust performance and a distinct layered structure.
Handles are made from Maple wood, treated by Keboy method (way of wood preservation from Norway, mostly used in polar expeditions).
Do not use in dishwasher.
