Ice Force technology
After heating, the knife blade is cooled to -120°C. This treatment ensures that the blade is carefully finished, enhancing its cutting precision and comfort of use. It also ensures that the knife retains its sharpness for longer and cuts well, making cooking easier and faster. Cooling the blade to a low temperature increases its strength and makes the knife more durable and less prone to damage. The treatment also improves the blade's resistance to corrosion, which contributes to extending the life of the knife and maintaining its appearance. Tefal Ice Force knives have up to twice the performance of other Tefal stainless steel knife sets.
