Product description
The press pan of the legendary Aerolatte combines a stainless steel frame and a pitcher made of tempered glass, which can even withstand washing in the dishwasher. Capacity 600ml/5 cups, there is also a handy scale on the side of the jug where you can see how much water you need to add per cup.
Before making the coffee, swirl a small amount of hot water in the pan and pour it away. It prevents the formation of thermal shock and the glass remains intact better.
Ground coffee is placed on the bottom of the press pan (slightly coarser grinding than filter grinding) and hot water, slightly below the boiling point (about 92-96 degrees), is poured on top. Mix the coffee-water mixture and let it stand for about 4 minutes. After this, the crumbs are pressed to the bottom with the help of a sieve.
You can easily prepare good coffee with a press pan. Thanks to the preparation method, the flavors of the coffee do not remain in the filter paper, but you get more good flavors out of your coffee.
