Product description
Japanese knife for slicing fruit and vegetables is a very sharp smaller knife with excellent balance for better slicing control. It has a wide range of uses both at home and outside on a picnic. Ideal for cleaning, peeling and slicing of fruits and vegetables, as well as for decorative cutting.
Welded damascus steel with 70 different layers. Damascus steel, from Takefu steelworks, is an extremely durable material, made by layering at least two types of steel or other metals with special technology, which gives you both – robust performance and a distinct layered structure.
Handles are made from Maple wood, treated by Keboy method (way of wood preservation from Norway, mostly used in polar expeditions).
