Product description
In Sage by Heston Blumenthal's The Risotto Plus rice cooker, you make risotto without having to mix it. It is usually important to stir the risotto constantly during preparation, which can be time consuming. With this rice cooker you can do something else in the meantime.
It has five preset programs, one of which is risotto. The other four are: Brown, steam the rice, cook using slow cook low or high methods. With the browning function, you can brown your own ingredients in a risotto or another casserole dish, and then choose either the slow cook low or high method, depending on how long the food needs to boil. Last function; Steaming rice is an easy way to make rice for the evening’s menu.
After use, the rice cooker is very easy to clean as the pot can be removed from the cooker and then cleaned under running water.
