The design of the Kali Audio LP-6 V2 studio monitor with a 6.5-inch bass element focuses on bringing a balanced sound to any price range, regardless of genre. Advanced three-dimensional directional, large voice coil and precise tuning produce clear and precise sound, while a larger-than-normal lower-end magnet and patented bass port bring strength and impact to reproduce subwoofers. The bass port on the front is shaped so that the air moves at the same speed at all points. This makes bass reproduction sturdy and extends even so far that a separate subwoofer is not necessary. The active speaker easily integrates into any system and can be transported to various mixing destinations. The interface covers any situation and thanks to six preset EQ mode settings, playback is neutral regardless of the mixing location. The speakers get up and running quickly without complicated measurements, and the various operating modes are illustrated with clear drawings on the rear panel of the speaker. Adjustment is easy with DSP switches.

The new, second generation offers an even improved amplifier with less noise, higher sensitivity and even smoother top-end playback. Preset surround EQ settings are honed based on feedback and a lighter bass cone produces a smoother response.
