IronKey Vault Privacy 50 is a premium USB flash drive that offers business-level data security.
The VP50 series features FIPS 197 certified AES 256-bit hardware encryption in XTS mode, protection against BadUSB with digitally signed firmware, and protection against Brute Force password attacks. The Vault Privacy 50 series memory sticks are also TAA compliant.

An administrator can enable a user and a one-time recovery password or reset a user's password to restore data access. Brute Force attack protection locks user or one-time passwords after 10 incorrect passwords are entered in a row and encrypts the drive if the Admin password is entered incorrectly 10 times in a row.

To protect against possible malware of trusted systems, both the administrator and the user can set the write protection of the memory stick to read-only mode; in addition, the built-in virtual keyboard protects passwords from keylogger and screenlogger malware.
