The Everlast Hyperflex Strike Bag standing punching bag is an ideal solution for mobile hitting training while developing fitness, muscle strength and hand-eye coordination. The Dual Hyperflex locking mechanism enables three different settings for practicing versatile punching, reflex and conditioning combinations.

With the Speed Flex setting, you can practice fast punches, combinations and develop reflexes. With the Straight Flex setting, you can practice hitting technique, mobility, footwork, defense and timing. With the Hyperflex setting, you can practice accuracy, speed and mobility and simulate the combination of strikes and defense in sparring.

Thanks to the structure standing on its own stand, it does not need ceiling fixings and is therefore easy and quick to take out when you want. The punching bag has a stand that can be filled with water, which keeps it firmly in place during training.
