Creators of all levels can elevate the production values of their videos, interviews and streams with the DJI Mic 2, an easy-to-use, fully wireless digital microphone/recording system. It offers vivid sound quality and includes everything you need to record audio from your subject to your camera or iOS/Android smartphone. The system records clear and reliable sound up to 250 meters away with the help of compact clip-on omnidirectional microphones/transmitters, which also function as backup recorders for worry-free wireless use. The small receiver can either be attached to the camera or connected directly to the Lightning/USB port of a smartphone or laptop. Just do the initial setup and you can be ready to record high-quality audio in seconds.

The new version of the DJI Mic 2 features updated transmitter units with 2.4GHz digital wireless and Bluetooth technology. Bluetooth allows you to connect the transmitters to the DJI Mimo app on an iOS or Android device. You can even connect directly to your Osmo Pocket 3 or Osmo Action 4 camera. You can vary various settings through the Mimo app, such as intelligent noise reduction, which reduces ambient noise to improve sound recording, or 32-bit float sound recording.

DJI Mic 2 enables high-quality, professional sound recording by accurately reproducing tones in a wide frequency range. To make sure you're recording a clean signal, you can monitor your audio through the receiver's 3.5mm headphone output while recording.

Safe mode track allows you to record a second audio track (monaural) as a backup with a lower volume -6dB (different from the main audio track), helping to protect your audio from unexpected level spikes.

The transmitters have built-in recording capability with 8GB of storage to allow up to 14 hours of 48kHz 24-bit backup. This allows audio to be recorded directly to the transmitters as a backup in case of wireless interference and outages. You can also use the transmitters as standalone recorders.

The files are in 48 kHz/24-bit mono WAV format and can be transferred to your computer via a USB-C cable. Change the settings for 32-bit float recording in the Mimo application.
