This function mimics the Pour Over method, where coffee powder is moistened and allowed to rest before the actual filtering process. This releases the carbon dioxide bound in the coffee beans during roasting, which removes the bitterness and brings out the coffee's natural sweetness and rich flavours. The result is a smoother, more nuanced coffee experience - without the hassle.

Easy and fast to use - perfect for everyday and special occasions

The coffee maker is easy to use thanks to two clear buttons. The magnetic filter holder locks easily into place, and the water reservoir and jug have graduated scales to help you measure the right amount of water. A powerful 1 690 watt resistor quickly heats the water to the ideal 92-96 degrees Celsius, and 1.25 litres of coffee can be brewed in just 5-7 minutes. The temperature of the finished coffee is maintained at a constant 85 degrees Celsius, and the heat-retention function can be reactivated for a second 40-minute period if required.
