Akyga® AK-EC-12 is a three-phase charger for electric vehicles. The long 5 m cable ends with two plugs. The first one has a Type 2 connector, recognized as a car charging standard in Europe, the second is equipped with a CEE 5-pin connector, which allows for charging at 400V. The high quality of the cables used guarantees a stable connection during charging with the power of up to 11 kW. Therefore, you will charge your electrician quickly and without restrictions at home using a power outlet in the garage. The AK-EC-12 charger is basically a portable EVSE charging station. It has the most important functionalities found in wallbox type stations. These are protections (OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP, SCP), which protect against, among others, too high current and voltage, as well as overheating of the charger and the vehicle battery. What's more, the charger has built-in special Type B RCD protection, which ensures a high level of safety. It protects against DC current leakage from the battery, effectively detecting and preventing dangerous current flows. Additionally, it is also possible to adjust the charging current using a button located on the control panel called ControlBox. It allows you to select the current from: 8, 10, 13 and 16 A, as well as setting the charging time limit from 1 to 10 hours. Furthermore, the ControlBox has a built-in LCD screen. It displays current charging parameters, such as: charging current and power, mains voltage, total energy consumed by the device, charger temperature and charging time.
